We thank our customers for there support at this time and offer to them any support that we can under the essential services available,

Level 4 , relates to Security and Internet related issues only.

Level 3, as above and construction related work, to support industries that are allowed to operate.

At Cooks AVS we are actively following any steps required to provide a safe and practical environment for both our customers and staff.

Cooks AVS customers, staff and community are at the core of everything we do. So, in this very uncertain time, we wanted to reach out and let you know that we’re here for you and update you on the preventative measurements we are taking. 

Both Tony and Selwyn are operational from  "Level 3 Status" or lower status's. We have in place a contingency plan in the unfortunate circumstance of a community outbreak which will ensure we remain operational to the very best of our abilities.

We are tracking our jobs and customer contact is being kept to a No Contact whilst onsite.

We are fully aware of the Ministry of Health requirements and we are strictly following these recommendations, some of these practices and our core values include:-

  • No hand shaking

  • Social distancing practices of more than 2 metres

  • Frequent hand washing for good hygiene practices

  • Responsible coughing and sneezing etiquette

  • Social mindfulness 

  • Cultural awareness

  • Respect of other companies practices and requirements

Should the Government Level Status change to a higher level then we will be changing this to a no contact status and self isolation status.

At this stage if you have urgent requirement then we will attempt to find a way to resolve your problem as best we can.
